Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy: After registering for a tutoring plan, if the student decides to cancel after attending one or more classes, then they shall be billed according to the number of classes they took. Emergency: In case of an emergency, the tutor has the right to cancel a class on which the student will receive a full refund and email. If the student is unable to attend a class due to an emergency, they will be able to postpone the class to another date without any fees.
